Credit Card Poker Deposit Options

I know that there are tons of credit cards across the world and nearly all of them can be used to play online poker.  These credit cards include American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.  While it is true that most of these credit cards can be used for depositing at online poker sites, they are usually not recommended for withdrawls.  Of course, there are many other methods of withdrawing your winnings from the poker room.

Of the major credit cards, there are two credit cards that are used more commonly for depositing at online poker sites.  These two credit cards are Visa and MasterCard.  Once again, typically speaking, you should only plan on depositing with a Visa or MasterCard.

NOTE: Current legislation in places like the United States may mean that some credit cards may not be used to deposit at an online poker site, in these instances, check with your bank and the poker room’s policies.
